THE PROCESS

ENQUIRE: Once you complete the short form above you’ll get an email response from me within 72 hours confirming our availability and scheduling a short consultation call with your hired planner.

CONSULTATION: We’ll jump on zoom for a short call to discuss your floral vision for your wedding and gather the required details to create a curated quote for your floral elements.

PROPOSAL + VISION: we’ll email through a custom quote with transparent pricing on individual details according our zoom call .

CONFIRMATION: To lock in your booking, confirm the quote via email and you’ll be sent our booking documents. Upon the signing of the contract and payment of the 40% booking fee, your event will be officially booked on our calendar!

THE EVENT: Once Our Design Studio is booked as your florist /Designer , you can check that off your list! we’ll handle the rest of the details and we’ll communicate as needed. All the comunication is via email with you and your wedding planner.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

We love working on doing florals for events from the large to small scale. Weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, basically we love being a part of happy moments. We are specialized on Destination Weddings.

HOW WE WORK?

Our process starts with you filling out the wedding inquiry form. 

Take in consideration that we do not work on any decoration quote without a first consultation meeting between our lead designer Bea De La Roca, client and Planner via zoom

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO RESERVE A DATE?

We book up to a year or 14 months in advance, or a soon as a mouth out. That said, the more lead time we have, the better it is for us.

WHAT DO I NEED TO HOLD A DATE?

Once you have decided you would like to contract us for your event, we present you with a contract to sign and ask for a 40% deposit to hold the date for you.

HOW FAR AWAY DO YOU TRAVEL FOR EVENTS?

We will go as far away as you’d like to take us!

HOW OUR CONSULTATIONS WORK?

This is a chance for us to get to know each other. Our complimentary consults are done over a video call or in-person, please note that we typically do not offer in person consults in the middle of our busy wedding season (thanks for understanding!!!). We love seeing design elements in this meeting, honing in on budgets and having a clear picture before presenting a detailed proposal.

At this meeting we will bring our laptop and ask for any design inspiration, colors palettes, wedding elements, potential day of details (like floor plan and timeline) general Budget ( important!!) and what other vendors you are working with.

We kindly ask that you please limit who attends this consultation meeting, including children. We want to get a clear idea of who you are and what your vision is, and sometimes that can be hard with too many opinions/ideas or distractions – please limit to a maximum of 2 extra guests.

We usually schedule 60 minutes  for your consultation via zoom.

Consultation in ANTIGUA GUATEMALA have a extra fee of $USD 150 for 1.5 hour meeting. If you already had booked us is included as part of the service.
